Everyone likes to believe that they have great communication, but much like some of their conversations with customers, this view can tend to be one-sided. We listen to our customer’s requirements, and any concerns they may have and truly do our best to make sure everything has been understood on both sides. One of our key missions as a company is that we truly endeavor to be the most communicative Estate Agents in the market.

In an attempt to add credibility to the sales pitch, a claim that is commonly made across the industry is that people are experts in the field. By making the claim of having expert status, the idea is that the customer is more inclined to feel that they are in good hands, so in turn, everyone becomes an ‘expert’. Whilst many people may claim to be experts, the customer experience isn’t often representative of this self-proclaimed expertise.
