Let Only (DIY) service explained:

We are going to find the tenant and move them in. What’s included:

  • Advertise the property
  • Conduct the viewings
  • Thoroughly reference the tenants
  • Ensure the paperwork meets all compliance requirements before tenant collects keys

Suitable for:

  • Someone who has many years experience of dealing with tenancy management.
  • Someone who takes regular courses to keep up to date with compliance and legislation changes.
