Now that that the Landlord Fees have been covered, let’s have a look at what each services includes, the pro’s and cons, and who it suits best. Easier way to do this is to start with the basic package of ‘Let Only’ and see the difference as we keep adding services.

Let Only (DIY) service explained:

We are going to find the tenant and move them in. What’s included:

  • Advertise the property
  • Conduct the viewings
  • Thoroughly reference the tenants
  • Ensure the paperwork meets all compliance requirements before tenant collects keys

Suitable for:

  • Someone who has many years experience of dealing with tenancy management.
  • Someone who takes regular courses to keep up to date with compliance and legislation changes.

The pros are:
